What material are the jewelry made from?
Our collection features jewelry crafted from sterling silver. If you prefer a golden glow, we also offer gold-plated jewelry.
For rings and bracelets, we use a 5-micron 18-karat gold plating because there's more friction here, meaning the plating can wear off more quickly. For earrings and necklaces, we use a 3-micron 18-karat gold plating.
The stones used are precious or semi-precious stones.
How do I determine my ring size?
To ensure your new jewelry fits perfectly, we offer our rings according to the Belgian/European standard (internal circumference in millimeters).
We offer the following 3 sizes as standard (EU/UK/US):
- Small - 52/L/6
- Medium - 54/MN/7
- Large - 56/OP/8

Can you have a piece of jewelry customized to your own wishes?
Our jewelry is designed with great care and is part of our permanent collections. Therefore, we currently do not offer alterations or customizations. This allows us to guarantee the quality and appearance of our collections. We do regularly add new designs, so there's always something special to discover.

How/where are the jewelry made?
I design and make the jewelry myself in my home studio. This is a one-woman show, so everything behind the scenes that makes the handmade jewelry so special is done by me. No mass production; unique jewelry available in small editions.
What are your shipping costs?
BE: standard cost of €8.49
DE/NL: standard cost of €10.95
FR: standard cost of €13.50
For purchases over € 120, shipping is free within the EU. To ensure your precious jewelry arrives safely, a signature is always required upon receipt.
Which countries do you ship to and with which courier service?
Currently, we only ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. For other countries, please contact us at info@jackyleejewelry.com.
We work with PostNL for shipments.
When can I expect my jewelry?
All our jewelry is handmade to order, ensuring each piece is unique and perfectly crafted. The process takes an average of 2–3 weeks and includes:
- Formation of the design in wax
- Casting in silver at a specialized studio
- Finishing and assembling the jewel
- Gilding if desired
- Carefully attaching the gemstones

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using a track & trace code. You'll receive this as soon as the order is shipped.
I haven't received my order yet?
We do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time of your chosen shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, including a track & trace link. This allows you to follow your jewelry from our workshop to your door. Be sure to check your spam folder.

My package was delayed or lost during shipping, who can I contact?

How do I start a return?
If you have changed your mind, you can review our returns policy and register your return using the returns form .
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are manufacturing defects. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
How do I know if you have received my return?
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send you an email with the confirmation.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return and the jewelry has been inspected in its original condition, we will contact you to let you know. We do everything we can to process returns as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days from the moment your package arrives.
How will my return be refunded?
In the event of a return, the purchase amount will always be refunded to the original payment method. If part of the order was paid for with a gift card, the amount will first be credited back to the gift card, while the remaining balance on the payment card will be refunded. Gift cards can be used multiple times, and the credited balance is immediately available for future purchases.

Can I still change my address or cancel my order?
Before placing an order for your favorite jewelry, we recommend carefully checking all your shipping information, especially if you use a different billing and shipping address.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the shipping details. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@jackyleejewelry.com so we can assist you quickly and personally.
Can I still change items in my order?
While we'd love to make changes to your order before it's processed, unfortunately, changes can no longer be made once your order has shipped. We'll do our very best to help you out. Please email us at info@jackyleejewelry.com as soon as possible with the items you'd like to change.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can choose from various payment methods, including Bancontact, all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
All our payments are secure and we do n't store any of your payment details , so you can shop worry-free!
How will my order be packaged and do you offer gift wrapping?
Your jewelry is delivered in our recyclable gift boxes or a cotton jewelry pouch , wrapped in tissue paper. To reduce packaging waste, we sometimes use a single jewelry box for multiple pieces of jewelry.
If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please send us an email .
How can I apply a discount code or gift card to my order?
During checkout, you can easily enter a discount code in the designated field on the checkout page. Once the code is applied, the discount will be immediately reflected in your total.
You can then enter a gift card, if available. The remaining balance of your order will be automatically calculated and can then be paid for with your preferred payment method.
Please note : only one discount code and one gift card can be used for each order. This way, you can safely and worry-free take advantage of your savings and enjoy your new jewelry.
How does the warranty process for my jewelry work?
If you discover a problem with your jewelry, please first send some photos and a brief description of the defect to our customer service . This way, we can assess whether the problem is covered by the warranty and whether returning the jewelry is necessary.
Once we receive your jewelry, we'll carefully inspect it and contact you about the next steps. If there's a valid issue, we'll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
What is covered under warranty?
The warranty on your jewelry covers manufacturing defects, such as breakage and discoloration, during the warranty period. Replacements under the warranty are free of charge or can be converted into store credit, depending on stock availability.
Please note: Lost or stolen jewelry, or jewelry with water damage, is not covered by our warranty and may not be eligible for replacement.
