Here you'll find all the information about shipping, returns, and exchanges. This page is fully aligned with our terms and conditions.

Dispatch
  • Delivery time : All our jewellery is made to order, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

  • Inventory issues : If you experience unexpected inventory issues, we will contact you. You can choose between a refund or an alternative product.

  • Shipping methods : Orders are carefully packed and shipped via PostNL or other reliable carriers.

  • Shipping costs : BE: standard cost of €8.49
    DE/NL: standard cost of €10.95
    FR: standard cost of €13.50

    Shipping is free for purchases of € 120 or more.

  • Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace.

  • Please note: Exceeding the delivery time does not automatically entitle you to compensation.
Returns
  • Term : 14 calendar days from receipt for standard products.

  • Conditions: Only unworn products can be returned, including all labels, certificates and original packaging.

  • Return costs : fully paid by the customer.

  • Refunds : Only the product price will be refunded. If you choose a gift card, the customer will receive the amount as a credit note.
Return procedure

  • Send the product to the return address: Jacky-Lee Jewelry – Hofkensweg 8, 9420 Mere, Belgium

  • After receipt of the product in good condition, the refund will be made as indicated on the form.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made/personalized items/earrings/pierced jewelry if seal is broken/products damaged by customer and gift cards: non-returnable.

  • Please report any damage or defect upon delivery within 7 days by email with photos.

  • Hidden defects can be reported within the statutory period (2 year warranty).
Exchange
  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products.

  • Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

  • Images are as true to life as possible, but slight variations in colour or shape are possible, especially with handmade products.

  • Exchanges must always be requested using the returns form. We will then check if the desired item is available and initiate the shipping process.
Legal information/warranty
  • The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order and this is confirmed by Jacky-Lee Jewelry by e-mail.

  • In the event of unexpected stock problems, the consumer will be informed immediately and can opt for a refund or an alternative product.
