These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Jacky-Lee Jewelry webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Jacky-Lee Jewelry and to every agreement concluded between Jacky-Lee Jewelry and the consumer.
Order products
  • The customer must be over 18 years old.
  • The purchase is completed when the customer has placed their order by clicking the order button and Jacky-Lee Jewelry confirms this by email.
  • If the customer does not receive an email, please contact info@jackyleejewelry.com
  • Orders will be delivered to the delivery location specified in the confirmation email.
  • Orders will be processed after receipt of payment.
The offer
  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products.
  • Obvious errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
  • Images are as true to life as possible, but slight variations in colour or shape are possible, especially with handmade products.
The agreement & confirmation
  • The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer places an order and this is confirmed by Jacky-Lee Jewelry by e-mail.
  • In the event of unexpected stock problems, the consumer will be informed immediately and can opt for a refund or an alternative product.
Payment & Prices
  • Payment via available payment methods: credit card, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay.
  • Prices are as displayed at the time of ordering.
  • Pricing errors do not bind the entrepreneur; in the case of obvious errors, the order may be cancelled or revised.
  • Prices include VAT and administrative costs, excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
  • Shipping costs are listed separately and are in addition to the purchase price.
Customization
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • By custom work we mean: engravings, custom-made collection pieces or completely new designs.
Delivery
  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped via PostNL.
  • Delivery times: All our jewelry is made to order, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • Shipping costs: Belgium - €8.49 / Netherlands & Germany - €10.95 / France: €13.50

  • Track & Trace: Customer will receive an email upon shipment.
  • Responsibility/Insurance: Packages are at the customer's risk until they are received by the customer. Insurance is recommended for valuable items.
  • If the delivery time is exceeded, the customer is not automatically entitled to compensation.
  • Stock issues: Customer can choose a refund or alternative product.
Right of withdrawal & returns
  • Term : 14 calendar days from receipt for standard products.

  • Conditions : Only unworn products in original condition, including labels and certificates.
  • Return costs: fully paid by the customer.
  • Exceptions: custom-made items, personalized products, pierced earrings with broken seals, gift cards.

Warranty and conformity
  • Jacky-Lee Jewelry guarantees that products comply with the agreement and have been carefully manufactured.
  • Legal warranty : 2 years against manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: damage due to wear and tear, misuse, inappropriate handling, signs of wear (scratches), fading of gold-plated jewelry, oxidation, contact with moisture or cosmetics.
Complaints
  • Report visible defects within 7 days of receipt.
  • Report hidden defects within the statutory warranty period (2 years).
  • Complaints are submitted via info@jackyleejewelry.com with clear photos.
Liability
  • Jacky-Lee Jewelry is not liable for damages due to incorrect information or address changes that have not been communicated.
  • Damage due to force majeure or delay by the carrier is not the liability of Jacky-Lee Jewelry.
Personal data & cookies
  • Data is used for administration, orders and invoicing.
  • Data will only be used for marketing if explicit permission has been given.
  • Personal data will not be provided to third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual property & content
  • All content on this website (text, photos, logos, designs, product descriptions) is protected by copyright.
  • Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
Electronic evidence

Electronic communications (emails, digital transactions) are considered legally valid evidence.
Disputes
  • Agreements between Jacky-Lee Jewelry and the consumer are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
